A group of youth from the region approached the Lebanese House Establishment for Environment asking for help and collaboration with a social work project from their design, which administration gladly accepted as a way of providing support and encouragement to such great ideas.
Work started by collecting donations from the community and from Kfarheem High School for the first part of the project, that took place Saturday Dec. 22, 2018, at Ain Wazein Geriatric Medical Center, where the youth and LHEE’s administrative members distributed blankets and flowers to the seniors. The event was reported at “Bchoufk” site by Ms. Farah.
The second part of the project was continued on Sunday Dec. 23, 2018, where the youth were honored for their idea and their efforts, and the spirit of Christmas was shared with 100 of children in a musical atmosphere, accompanied by distributing 100 of gifts.
